I need to learn how to love myself

All I ever do is look in the mirror and criticize myself. I always randomly pick out my own flaws and end up feeling really bad about them. I’m so sick of feeling insecure all the time. Honestly, I need to learn how to love myself in order for others to love me for who I am as well.
